Ruth Wilcoxon as a "Homesick Midshipman" (who just might be called Horatio).

One of the best things about Ruth's costume was the number of layers involved. Understandable she got a Best Workmanship, Novice award.

Ruth and Jenny were jointly given Best in Show. They had excellent workmanship, incredible historical research, and were the best pair of newcomers I have seen in a long time.

Paul Curtis as a "Roman Centurion".

A close-up of Paul's costume. Apparently that is a real wolf skin.

Paul's helmet .

The Gladius from Paul's costume.

The dagger from Paul's costume.
